The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability, connection quality, or other users' behavior.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use OmeFree.

We cannot technically verify your age (there is no account system), but by clicking "Start", you confirm you are 18 or older.

Prohibited behavior

By using OmeFree, you agree not to:

Broadcast sexual, pornographic, or obscene content
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

Involve minors in any way
Record or capture conversations without consent
Use the service for spam, phishing, or scams
Attempt to disrupt the service (attacks, bots, etc.)

Your responsibility

You are entirely responsible for your interactions on OmeFree. You choose what you show on camera and what you write in the chat.

OmeFree does not control user behavior and is not responsible for it. If you encounter someone inappropriate, click Next or Leave.

Limitation of liability

OmeFree is a free and open-source project. The service is provided without any warranty. Under no circumstances shall OmeFree's creators be held liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from using the service
